New Website Design
Spent most of today updating and revamping my website. I still have some work to do on it, but if i do say so myself I really like the new look. Take a look and tell me what you think.

Why do people buy ribbish??
Yesterday I found myself horrified at the rubbish some brides are buying just to try and save a few pounds.
A frantic telephone call asking for urgent help 'I bought my Order of Service and Place Cards and Thank You Cards off of a well known auction site to try and save a bit of money' was the cry of the bride.
To cut a long story short I told the Bride to post me a sample of what she had bought and I would see what I could do to rectify her problem.
They arrived yesterday - OMG how can these be described as 'Cards'. The Print was smeared and off centre. The Place cards looked like they had been cropped to size with scissors and they were all printed on the poorest quality card available to man kind - 160gsm - It was paper for goodness sake NOT card.
It is so easy to set yourself up in business on these auction sites but what the poor client doesn't realise is that some of these people are just taking them for a ride.
How does the average Bride know what gsm to look for in card stock used for her Wedding Stationery - most dont and why should they.
I dont know how to get the ratio correct for hair dye, but i can slap on a home dye kit, but that does not make me a hairdresser!
So my frantic brides flimsy Order of Service, Flopping over Place Cards and pathetic excuses for Thank You Cards now all need replacing if she is going to be able to hold her head up at her carefully planed wedding.
The ironic thing is when I gave her the quote for redoing them with quality card stock the total price difference was only £20.00.
So to try and save a few pounds she ended up paying nearly double and had the upset to go with it.
Yes I am sure there are many quality products and services on auction sites but please check them out before handing over your hard earned cash.
These people who are putting out this rubbish are giving the rest of us a bad name.
